International Dragon Boat Regatta to the Dragon Boat World
Championships. |

This all Thai Nationals team are training at Ao Yon every Sunday and
they are really beginning to be slick.
Working out at their hotel at least once a day in the gym is turning
these hotel workers into Phukets finest, fittest hoteliers.
Phuket Dragon Boats trainer is Henry Boissonault the Canadian World
Champion Helm. Henry has been doing this for years and is dedicated
to the sport of dragon boating. He returns to Canada in under a month
to begin his World champion training with the Canadian team but with
luch he will have trained a formidable Thai team before he leaves.

The World Championships are being hosted in Penang on July 29- August 4th and we expect to see
an amazing turnout. 149 teams of 28 persons joined already and the crowd is forecast at more than
15000 people.
